Hi everybody, I'm Dr. Nick!

Sorry – bad Simpsons joke there. Let me start again. My name's Dr. Nick Hallale and I'm a scientist with a PhD in chemical engineering. I spent several years teaching at the University of Manchester in England as well as lecturing and consulting internationally.

I recently put all my scientific knowledge to good use when I unlocked the secrets of the classical Greek body to create The Apollo Program. I've published countless articles, been featured in the news, and helped people from around the world change their bodies and their lives – myself included!

You see, unlike many other so-called "gurus" out there, I have walked the walk. I know that The Apollo Program works because I've done it myself. This picture of me was taken shortly after my 35th birthday.  My body is in the same shape it was when I was 18 years old! I have a size-32 waistline, a six-pack and I weigh 79.5 kilograms.

Not only that, but I look and feel younger and more alive now than I have in years. I've got more energy than my young son and, as you can see, my body is now more pliable than his too!

I didn't always have a body like that though. I'm not a model or a professional bodybuilder or anything like that. I don't have special genetics or any other physical gifts.

In fact, just a few months before, things were very different. I was overweight and unhealthy, battling depression, and I looked and felt much older than I really was. Just take a look at the upper picture of me in the sidebar and you'll see what I mean!

Back then, I weighed 100 kilograms and had a size-40 waist and a big bloated gut. I was embarrassed to take my clothes off in front of other people.  I had awful hair and a puffy, swollen face, and felt tired and drained all the time. I was so stiff that even touching my toes was difficult and my lower back would seize up in agony when I got out of bed or stood up.

I created The Apollo Program for myself because I was tired of being like that and wanted a change. A drastic one. Despite my age, I wanted the body I had when I was 18 again.

Everyone said it couldn't be done. Everyone was wrong. If you want to know how you can achieve the same kind of transformation without surgery, without drugs, and without spending hours in the gym every day then you've come to the right place.

Now, they say necessity is the mother of invention, and boy was it true in my case. I needed a transformation program that was powerful and efficient and which would give me back my 18-year-old body. It had to be powerful and efficient because I was working full time and had a wife and child too. I didn't have the time or the energy to spend hours in a gym every day the way I used to.

It needed to work fast too. I'd heard all the garbage about how I didn't get into such bad shape overnight and so I shouldn't expect to get into great shape overnight either, but I didn't buy it. I wasn't expecting overnight miracles, but I couldn't afford to spend years either. To save myself, I needed something that would work in weeks.

And so I decided to go back to the source. I spent hours in museums and libraries, researching the ancient Greeks and their athletics. I studied their classical statues to see what the perfect body looked like, and explored ancient training manuals to unlock the secrets of how they got that way. I added all my years of training experience, all my scientific and engineering knowledge to the mix too. And I read everything I could find on the latest advances in sports and nutrition science. I took the lead from the famous scientists of yesteryear and experimented constantly on myself. All the junk that didn't work was ruthlessly pared away and discarded, and I kept only what was useful. All of this was distilled to create The Apollo Program. I'm quite happy with the results.

When I created the program, I did it solely for myself. I wasn't interested in sharing my methods with other people. But now I'm making my secrets available to people who really want to transform themselves, and who are prepared to listen to me and follow my advice.

I know that I've probably got a lot of competition for your attention. After all, there are a lot of "experts" out there. I realise that what I tell you may be in conflict with what books or your gym instructor or friends or parents have told you. Now, I can list plenty of reasons why I think you should listen to me, but I'll only give you one. It isn't because I've got a PhD, or because I used to teach in a university, or even because I've got a website with a bunch of articles on it.

No, I just want you to scroll up and look at the before and after photos of me. If you like the transformation you see, then listen to me. If you don't, then don't. No problem.
