The articles will discuss a wide range of topics, from exercise to grooming; from nutrition to motivation. More often than not, I'll share a rant with you about something I think is BS. And occasionally you'll even see a conspiracy theory or two. Be warned: many of my articles are probably not politically correct. They're not full of trendy, touchy-feely, "positive thinking" hype. But what they're also not – I hope – is boring. And more importantly, they're the truth.
