Frequently Asked Questions

Help! I'm looking for information about Neil Armstrong and the NASA moon landings.
Sorry, wrong website! For details on that Apollo Program, you’ll probably be wanting to visit this site: http://spaceflight.nasa.gov/history/apollo/index.html.

Why the name Apollo?
The program – just like the characters in Battlestar Galactica and Rocky – is named after one of the Greek gods of classical mythology, the one who was believed to have the perfect physique. Apollo was quite a hit with the ladies, so I think he’s quite a suitable role model for the rest of us.

Is this a bodybuilding program?
No. The kind of body this program aims to create is quite different from a bodybuilder’s physique (see below).

What type of body does The Apollo Program aim for?
For an in-depth answer, read my article What is The Apollo Body? In short, we want a body that looks sleek, toned and athletic, but not too big or overdone. Virtually all the females I know prefer men with this kind of natural look rather than huge bodybuilders.

I live on the other side of the world to you. How can I start The Apollo Program?
The 12-week training system and eating plan are now available to download instantly, and come with a 100% money-back guarantee. To order, please click here.

What kind of training does the program involve?
The Apollo Program is a unique blend of free weights training, cardio work and stretching. It's based on the way ancient Greek athletes used to structure their workouts, and incorporates some classical exercises too. I've also included more modern developments where I believe that these are better.

You just mentioned free weights. Won't those make me too bulky?
No. Free weights are incredibly versatile tools, and The Apollo Program makes use of them for many different purposes. Getting "big" is merely one of a range of applications. For example, one type of weight training is designed to increase your metabolism and help you with fat loss. For more on this topic, please read my free article Good Things Come to Those With Weights.

What other benefits does The Apollo Program have besides improving my body?
This is a balanced and holistic system. It includes special breathing and relaxation exercises to aid recovery and to make your body supple and youthful. Many people have reported that their skin and even their hair have improved as a result, and that they look and feel years younger.

How about mental benefits?
Good question! In ancient Greek gymnasiums, the mind, body and spirit weren't seen as separate things, but were considered parts of a greater whole. The Apollo Program can give you greater self-confidence, discipline, focus and inner calmness.

You offer several downloadable courses. Which should I get?
The 12-week training system and the eating plan work best when used together. However, each one has been designed to give results when used separately too.

So if I just buy the eating plan, I don't need to do the training program?
That's right. The eating plan has been designed to give results whether you do exercise or not. It will also work with pretty much any other type of exercise: Pilates, yoga, martial arts, running, aerobics … you name it!

What format do the downloadable courses come in?
These are supplied as PDF files. To view them, you may need to install the free Adobe reader, downloadable from http://www.adobe.com

Do you demonstrate the exercises?
Yes, I give customers access to an incredible collection of over 100 online demonstration videos. Please click here to view a sample album of the online videos.

Is it suitable for everyone?
The Apollo Program is not suitable for people with injuries or other health conditions that may affect their ability to do exercise. You should speak with your doctor before starting this (or any other system of exercise) to be sure that it's appropriate for you.

Can I really get results in only 12 weeks?
Yes, of course. You can get a dramatic change in your body and look years younger too. But you have to follow my advice and stick to the program to make it happen.

Tell me about your guarantee.
All products come with a 3-month, 100% money-back guarantee, so there's no risk to you. Try any of my products, and if they don't help you, you can have a full refund. Simply email me, letting me know what happened, or what you didn't like about it, and I'll refund your money there and then!

Is it safe to order products online?
My site is verified with PayPal, and they handle all the online payments securely. With PayPal, you don’t have to worry about exposing your financial information – they never share it with sellers.

Does it matter what country I live in?
No. You can order from anywhere in the world, and PayPal will automatically convert the price into your currency.

What is the minimum equipment I need for the 12-week program?
You'll need a bench that can incline. You'll also need an adjustable barbell, a pair of adjustable dumbbells. Some kind of cardio machine (e.g. bicycle, treadmill, elliptical machine, stepper etc.) would be useful, but this is not essential.

Is The Apollo Program only for men?
I can certainly help women too, but I do think that men probably need it more! We’re far behind women when it comes to looking after ourselves.

But don’t men age better than women?
Yeah, I’ve also heard that nonsense countless times, but that’s all it is.

Isn't there a danger I'll end up becoming too vain as a result of the program?
I sincerely hope so. Vanity is Good!
